AWS Partnership

Enterprise AI that runs in production, on the cloud you already run.

AWS provides the infrastructure and the AI services. Kaya provides the execution platform that turns them into production-grade business processes: designed with AI, approved by your people, and run the same way every time, inside your own AWS environment.

The Problem

Your AWS foundation is ready. Your processes are not yet running on it.

Most enterprises now have the infrastructure for AI and a set of pilots that work. What they do not yet have is AI running the processes the business depends on, at scale, in production. The barrier is repeatability: a system that reasons anew on every transaction produces outcomes that cannot be predicted, costs that cannot be forecast, and decisions that cannot be defended to a regulator or an auditor.

Kaya and AWS close that gap together. AWS supplies the secure, scalable foundation; Kaya supplies the execution platform that makes AI dependable enough to carry business-critical work.

The Partnership

What Kaya provides. What AWS provides.

Kaya
AI-designed execution plans

AI reasons over your process and designs the plan for how the work should run; your team reviews and approves it.

Consistent execution at scale

Approved plans run the same way on every transaction, across the systems and people the process actually touches, with model calls placed inside steps only where the work genuinely requires them.

Validation built into the lifecycle

Synthetic scenarios test the process before deployment; monitoring detects drift after it, and replanning happens under approval, not by accident.

A complete, replayable record

Every execution carries its full chain of custody: what information was used, what rules applied, who approved what, and why. The audit answer exists before the question is asked.

Amazon Bedrock

For model access where Kaya uses it: at design time, where frontier models earn their cost, and inside individual process steps that call for probabilistic work.

Enterprise identity and security services

Underpinning access control and isolation.

Your environment, your boundary

Kaya deploys into your own AWS account, so your data and your execution stay inside the perimeter you already govern.

Kaya complements AWS rather than replacing any part of it. Every process Kaya runs deepens the value of the AWS foundation beneath it.

Proof

In production where the standards are highest.

Kaya is SOC 2 Type II attested, ISO 27001 certified, and HIPAA compliant.

These are the environments where production AI is hardest to earn: regulated industries, high transaction volumes, and outcomes that must stand up to audit. The same platform, on the same AWS foundation, is available to every industry.

Where to Start

The processes that prove it fastest.

Healthcare payors

Prior authorization, utilization review, claims operations, and provider data management: high-volume decisions that must be consistent, explainable, and defensible under regulatory scrutiny.

Financial services

Trade-fail resolution, settlement and reconciliation, payments exceptions, client onboarding and KYC, and credit and underwriting workflows: the same inputs must produce the same decision every time.

Telecommunications

Wholesale interconnect settlement, order fallout and service-delivery exceptions, and enterprise bid and site-data normalization across fragmented operational systems.

Every high-volume, repeatable process

The mechanism is industry-independent. If a process runs thousands of times a month and needs the outcome correct, auditable, and affordable every time, it is a candidate for Kaya on AWS.

CASE STUDY · HEALTH INSURANCE

Provider data management, governed and in production.

A large US health insurer runs its provider data management on the Kaya platform, in production, with roughly 90% of provider-roster changes processed autonomously.

The Business Problem

  • Provider data drives claims processing, member matching, directory accuracy, and regulatory compliance under CMS directory mandates and HIPAA; errors cascade into claim denials.
  • Roster changes arrive in more than 50 distinct intake formats, each with its own schema and validation rules; manual conversion produced errors that downstream systems absorbed.
  • A multi-year regulatory requirement keeps the same validated data flowing to a legacy system and a modern claims platform in parallel; every change must land correctly in both.

The Solution

  • AI reasons up front to design the intake and reconciliation plans; once approved, the platform runs them the same way on every change.
  • More than 50 intake formats are normalized into standard templates and validated against intake policies and known failure patterns.
  • Exceptions route to human reviewers, and each captured decision compounds the plan library.
  • The platform runs on the insurer’s own AWS infrastructure, and the data stays in the insurer’s network.

CASE STUDY · FINANCIAL SERVICES

Trade-fail resolution, governed and in production.

A global financial-services firm runs trade fail resolutions powered by the Kaya platform, early results showing a 70% reduction in costs.

The Business Problem

  • Unresolved settlement fails carry direct costs: fines and fees on the failed trades, financing and funding charges, and the operational overhead of resolving them, alongside counterparty exposure.
  • Visibility typically arrives at or after end of day, once the cost is already locked in.
  • Without a live, exposure-ranked view, operational attention spreads evenly rather than concentrating on the positions that carry the most risk.

The Solution

  • The platform continuously evaluates settlement obligations through the trading day and surfaces those failing, or at risk of failing, ranked by dollar exposure, while there is still time to act.
  • Evaluation is deterministic, driven only by explicit upstream signals: the same inputs produce the same classification on every run.
  • The platform identifies and prioritizes; the operations team retains the decision, and every state change is timestamped and attributed.
  • It runs on the firm’s own AWS infrastructure, consuming the firm’s existing data feeds over event stream, APIs, and secure file transfer.
